FOC membership:
For Sprees;
Spend $150 in a single purchase or accumulate $300 within 3 months*

For In-stocks;
Spend $100 in a single purchase or accumulate $150 within 3 months*

Your information will be automatically stored into our system.
Membership is due 1 year from the date of purchase.

Renewal of membership

Simply spend $150 (sprees) yearly or $80 (instocks) yearly, your rewenal fees will be waived off.

However, if there is no purchase within that year, membership will be cancelled off automatically.

If no minimum purchase was met, $5 of renewal membership fees is accquired.

1. All the orders can be sent to precious@live.com.sg

2. Only 1 time payment is required.

3. Payment can be done through Internet Banking or Bank Transfer for All Items especially pre-order. (UOB & POSB accepted)

4. Cash are accepted for In-stock items ONLY. (Pick Up Mode) *minimum purchase of $20/-

5. For customer who request meet up for concealed cash, only above SGD$80/- .

Otherwise, Transfer or Mail us via registered mail.

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OF CASH THRU MAIL!

6. Bank Account Number are only available upon request.

7. Goods sold are non-refundable or exchangeable.

8. For Pre-orders items, colours and quality of the photos posted may be different in reality, please clear all your doubts before purchasing.

9. Precious space will not be liable for any mistakes, defects, damage or wrong items made by the suppliers' side.

10. Precious Space will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the transit of local mailing. We recommend REGISTERED MAIL.

11. Confirmation of orders is by EMAIL ONLY.

13. With effect of 1 Dec 2008, we will not entertian sms from spree-ers for the collection of items. Confirmation should be done via EMAIL.

Notification via SMS allowance is 2hours b4 meet up.

14. Items not collected within 90days upon parcel reached Singapore, will be donated to the charity.

Normal Postage : available upon request.
Registered Mail : Add SGD$2.50 to Normal postage

Mass Meet Up Zone: Bugis, Chinatown & Toa Payoh

Pick up: ur own time, only during operating hours.
Mass meet up: normally for pre-orders buyers after parcel arrived.

Additional SGD$5 for request meet up @ Bugis/Chinatown/Toa Payoh, if no mass meetup is available.

With Effect from 18 May 2009, we will not do meet up at the gate of MRT STATION(S) . come out from the gate, or u'll be fined SGD$2000/- with paid goods.

Note: We'll only do 1-2 meet up(s) per month.

if u miss the meet up for that month, please be patience to wait for the next meet up.
